Is your Historic Building / Listed Property truely accessible in the 21st century?

Ham House the prize National Trust property in Richmond , London recently approached Access Needs regarding an unusual access problem they had in the grounds of their property.

Access Needs more used to solving access into buildings were quickly able to identify a solution to the difference in height experienced by abled bodied and wheelchair user visitors as they stepped from grass to pebble areas. A rubber wedge ramp was tested by Ham House and found to be the perfect solution for this small but problematic access issue.

A sizeable grassed area was affected and Access Needs were able to supply the required meterage of ramps in the short timeframe required by Ham House.

Yet another access problem solved. If in need of improved access, Ask the-Rampman our resident expert on Freephone 0800 0325 600.
